Direk Wenn Deramas went to the hospital at 2:00 am Monday.  He had a cardiac arrest. The doctors did so many attempts to revive him but direk Wenn did not make it and died at around 6:10 am according to his friend Jun Rufino. He was 49 at the time of his death.

Director Wenn Deramas dies of massive heart attack Monday

Direk Wenn Deramas died in the emergency room of Capitol Medical Center due to heart attack and cardiac arrest. Deramas was 48. Before the tragic death of Direk Wenn, he rushed to the hospital because her sister was in a life and death situation and sadly declared dead on arrival at the  Capitol Medical Center.

When Derams arrived in the hospital, he was suddened by the news of her sister’s passing. He had a massive cardiac arrest and died at the emergency room.

Director Wenn Deramas was born on September 15, 1966 – February 29, 2016). He was a writer and a movie and TV director.

He was a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. While in college, he was involved in acting and was a member of Teatro Tomasino.

Deramas worked as a waiter in The Aristocrat Restaurant and was promoted as food and beverages coordinator after two years. In 1990, he worked as a production assistant in the TV show “Tatak Pilipino”. He also worked as a writer for the show Teysi ng Tahanan and was promoted as the executive producer of Calvento Files. Since then, Wenn Deramas has been directing different soap operas and movies.
